My Story

I have always pushed myself to learn as much as I can about different cultures and the world around me as I fought to understand the world and the groups around me. That brought me to a psychology degree with an ASL interpreting minor. At the end of the day the only thing that has worked has been continuing to learn about different cultures, world views, struggles, and societal influences. 

A passion for social Justice and the advancement of an inclusive and safe society naturally followed. Sensitivity reading allows me to apply my knowledge and work with amazing creatives. I get to help people write better, more inclusive stories everyday, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

When I'm not helping people with their stories I am writing my own. I write about diverse worlds encompassing characters from different backgrounds to fulfill the need for a diverse book shelf and while other authors have done this work before me, and I strive to have my books rec'd alongside theirs one day.
